Rob was a founding member of Timpack Industries Ltd in 1984 and has over 25 years experience in pallet and bin manufacture.  Rob has continually striven to make Timpack the ‘hallmark’ of the manufacturing sector.  This passion for ‘best practice’ and commitment to excellence led to Timpack pioneering quality assurance in the New Zealand timber industry and becoming its first company to be certified to ISO 9002.

Jason Togia - Group Operations Manager

Jason has a wealth of experience in the Timber Sawmilling- Processing and Manufacturing Industry. With his operations experience, sales and market orientation and strong customer focus Jason adds value to Timpacks' established leadership in the Timber Packaging market. Jason holds national certification in the wood processing industry and a business degree from The Waikato University. Jason is a member of Timpacks' Board of Management.

Sharyn MacKenzie - Administration Manager

Sharyn joined Timpack in 1998 and has held several roles within the company, including Finance Administrator, Personal Assistant to the Directors and Executive Assistant. With an indepth knowledge of Timpack's inventory, quality and management systems the service level provided to customers both internal and external is set to a very high standard. Sharyn is a member of Timpacks' Board of Management.

Debra Cowen - General Manager, Dairy Logistics Ltd.

Debra has a back ground of auditing and consulting within the Dairy Industry and has a worked with Dairy Logistics since its inception in 1998. Firstly as a consultant, then as Finance Manager and becoming General Manager in 2000. Debra has a Bachelor of Management Studies from Waikato University.

Craig Winter - Finance Manager

Craig joined Timpack in May 2005 after 5 years as Financial Controller for a local transport company. Craig has had varied experience in senior management positions within local and multi-national companies. Craig has a degree in Business Studies from Massey University.

Lyndon Carpenter - Branch Manager, Hamilton

Lyndon joined Timpack in 2008, bringing with him, a recent background in the timber manufacturing sector, and business management. He holds a New Zealand Certificate in Engineering - Civil and has an extensive on the job knowledge and experience of the packaging industry in New Zealand.

Ross McMillan - Branch Manager, Auckland

Ross joined Timpack in August 2000 when Timpack opened its Auckland branch. Ross has been involved in Pallet Manufacturing & Recycling since 1994. Prior to this Ross spent 14 years servicing Heavy Automotive & Agricultural Machinery in the Mainland.

Maurice comes to Timpack with a wealth of experience from the Building and Engineering industries. Having previously worked with both National and Multinational companies Maurice has strong customer relationship skills and boasts customer service which is second to none in the region.

Peter Dyer - Branch Manager, Dunedin

Peter was born and bred in the Dunedin area and brings to Timpack a wealth of experience in the Marketing field. His outward going nature and community spirit gives our Dunedin branch the opportunity to establish itself as an industry leader in the region.
